hi I am looking for a quick quote.i have a x bmw x5 3.0d with a gm 5 speed automatic gearbox. I was driving it to work and a fault code trans fail safe mode came on the dash board and went into limp mode. I had the gear oil changed and now drives fine but there is a slight clunk in gear changes higher up at speed I havent driven it since hearing this noise. I have been told this is more likely to be the torque converter breaking as it selects all gears fine now. could you advise if this is something you could help with and could provide me with a quote for both a torque converter recondition and a gearbox and torque converter change email better due to working hours. thanks
