it`s a lancia phedra x hdi 170hp, exactly the same as a peugeot x the turbo is definitely gone, some boost occasionally, but loses power quickly and drops out of cruise. diagnostics confirmed a turbo fault, there`s also oil in the intercooler, apparently. please could you give me a rough estimate for replacing the turbo, plus all the other bits this will entail (if it all goes to plan).
